This webinar will help educators navigate outbreak guidance and the public health system to better understand the authority and charges of different agencies and their school districts. We will discuss when it is appropriate to contact public health, how to file a complaint and also when it makes more sense to raise a concern with your building principal, supervisor or school board or when there are actions you can take on your own to make your classroom or worksite safer.

The following speakers will join us:

  • Dr. Brian Erly, Medical Epidemiologist, CDPHE, School Subject Matter Expert for CDPHE
  • Therese Pilonetti, Unit Manager and Subject Matter Expert for CDPHE
