The Colorado Community Land Trust (CCLT) offers a solution to a difficult problem: home ownership. Denver home prices are often out of reach to educators, police officers, nurses, and firefighters.

The nonprofit CCLT offers affordable homes in Denver County under a partnership in which the buyer owns the home, but not the land. CCLT’s homebuying services include mortgage qualification and homebuyer classes. Purchases are based on the buyer’s household income.
